WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit and debit card from all major credit card companies as well as PayPal.

 

IF I ORDERED A CUSTOM PIECE HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE GETTING SHIPPED?

All custom pieces have a 3-4 week timeframe. Once your product is made you will receive an email that the product has shipped.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with the tracking number so that you can follow along as your package makes its way to you.

 

CAN I VISIT SHELTER?

Our showroom and warehouse are open to the public during business hours. We have some on site installs, so call ahead to make sure one of our crew members is there to assist you.

 

WHAT STEPS ARE YOU TAKING FOR COVID-19?

We are doing our best to maintain a safe work and storefront environment by following all rules set in place by the CDC and the state. A face covering is required to visit our showroom and warehouse as well as social distancing. We ask all customers and vendors coming into our business to sanitize their hands upon entering.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Absolutely! Shipping large furniture items can be costly, if you live in the area we recommend coming to pick up your order.

 

CAN YOU DELIVER MY PRODUCT?

If you live within 15 miles from our shop we can deliver your item(s) to your home, office or any other space. There is a flat delivery fee of $100.
